“Yes, Silena. I’ve seen the new guy.” Thalia said rolling her eyes. Silena was talking about the new guy and how he was so hot. Thalia had to admit, he was really handsome, but it is not like she would have any chance or something. 

“Oh my god, Thalia! How can you be so indifferent with this! He is like the hottest guy of all time” Silena said through the phone. “Plus, didn’t you see the way he looked at you? Like, he’s totally into you.” Why? Why Silena was friend with her? Thalia asked herself. They were completely different. Thalia likes videogames and Silena loves shopping. Thalia hates pink and pop music, Silena loves pink and Justin Bieber.  “Did you even know his name, Sil?” She knew that Silena knew his name. What Silena Beauregard didn’t know about anything related to boys or clothes? But Thalia decided to pretend she was interested in the conversation.

“Of course I do!” Silena exclaimed. No doubts she was shaking her hands and jumping through the pink room. “It is Luke Castellan.”

“I’m tired, Nico.” she said while resting her head in his shoulder. She didn’t want to fall in love with him. Love was the worst thing that could happen with her right now. But Nico was the only one that still could make her smile truly after Luke’s death. She didn’t want to lose his friendship and didn’t want to Artemis kill him. 

“Everything will be fine. You just need some sleep.” He said passing his arms around her shoulders. “Don’t worry. I’ll be here for you.”
